Your articles , your books, your words from the Word are a treasure. I finished reading your book on While Waiting for Morning and cried and cried. I have already shared it with my sister and will be my Christmas present for my adult daughter. I am currently reading Deeper Waters and can’t stop. I am firm believer in writing longhand and writing the words. And writing Christmas cards and notes, and taking notes, and journaling and taking notes at Church, etc. I just loved printed books and taking notes! I completed your three books on Word Writers many years ago and so did my daughter when she still lived at home. I wish I someday meet you but it’s unlikely. However for sure one day I will meet you innHeaven. I will make sure I look for you! Please keep writing! God bless you and happy Thanksgiving!
I love your writing room! Thank you for sharing it and the special features it holds. I also appreciate your words on this Thanksgiving Day. Our tradition at our church is to have dinner together. The former pastor started this back in 1979 or 1980 due to the fact they were far from family, and others in our church were, too. When my husband became pastor in 1984, we continued the tradition. There will be between 25-30 of us gathering today to eat, fellowship, and play games. Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you. Your books have been a blessing. I love books too. But the cost is prohibitive in Australia so mostly my Kindle is my source of comfort. Love your room. So envious.
We don’t have thanksgiving and as my as your culture tired to get us to import everything- valentines, wicked Halloween, movies and more, I can’t see us embracing thanksgiving.
A year of mourning and sadness makes festivals heavy and hard to manage. Thankfulness is a hard lesson to learn. Thanks for your beautiful down to earth writing. Keep it coming.
I must say Poor Bishop Hooper’s Psalms to music have been a huge blessing. Thankful for Spotify.
Oh how I love your room and your beautiful book wall. I had a similar setup when we lived in California. Now, living in a cozy Florida beach condo, there is little space.
More importantly, my gratitude for your beautiful posts and books. Your posts are so honest and real. I always share them.
